Online Booking Policy

To ensure a smooth and fair booking experience for all clients, the following rules apply:

  • Clients can book appointments up to 12 hours before the start time.
  • Clients can book no more than 6 months in advance.
  • Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before their appointment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancelling more than 48 hours before your appointment:
    You will receive a 50% refund of your booking/deposit amount.
  • Cancelling within 48–24 hours of the appointment:
    You will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancelling within 24 hours or missing the appointment (no-show):
    No refund will be provided.

These rules apply to all online bookings made through Fresha, our booking links, and our website.
